Traditional karate and/or kobudo training helps develop self-defence skills, fitness, inner strength, tradition, confidence, discipline, resilience, understanding of history and culture, perseverance and much more! Karate [empty hand] is one of the most well known and respected martial arts in the world. Kobudo [weapons] is the traditional weapons martial art of Okinawa.
Training at an AFTK Dojo will ensure that you are taught by qualified instructors, in a non-competitive environment focused on fostering good character.
